I couldn’t be happier with the home theater ProLink installed for us. Every single person we worked with — from the initial sales call to the actual installers — was professional, personable, and an absolute perfectionist about their craft. They charge fair and reasonable prices, they do beautiful, meticulous work, and the guidance we got from Alex, our project manager, was invaluable in terms of making the right decisions for our situation. Highly recommended.

I don't understand the few poor reviews, but there is always someone who is never satisfied or who does not ask the right questions when taking on a project. I am not one of those people, but I am also very demanding when it comes to professional work and customer satisfaction. I could not be more satisfied with Alex and his team, and keep coming back to them for another project. I consider myself to be tech savvy, but there are projects beyond my scope of expertise that I would rather leave to the professionals. Alex and his crew have been extremely responsive and creative in developing the best solution for my audio and video needs. Cutting corners or trying to save a few dollars will cost you in the end, especially when it comes to home technology. ProLink will do it right the first time.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My home theater investment was worth every penny. The security system is perfect and keeps us all feeling very safe. They understood my budget and actually, in the end, saved me a couple hundred dollars! Made me a very please client. Would recommend and most definitely use again for any future entertainment upgrades.

This company made my life so much easier. First of all the service is wonderful. The owners are from the area and very personable. The techs that worked in my home were knowledgeable and eager to do things the way I wanted them done. Secondly, they are familiar with their products and offered many different options for what I was looking for. Adding technology into your home is not easy and comes with a price tag but they had the job completed in a timely manner, worked with my budget and walked me through all of the "how to's". I even had one of the owners, Alex, call me to make sure I was becoming familiar with all my "smart" additions.
